Shipping Information
All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS within three to five business days from order placement. Deliveries are made to physical addresses ( No P. O. Boxes ) only in the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to International Addresses, this includes Canada.
To avoid any shipping delays, please make sure that all of your information you provide us on your order is correct. Any changes to shipping addresses that you supply must be made BEFORE your order is confirmed. Double check your information before confirming order.
For Security reasons, Please track your order online and expect to receive your package within the estimated arrival time.

All of our watches are brand new. We do not sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All brand names are Registered Trademarks of their Respective Holders.
Returns/Refunds
Our watches are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of one year. Abusive wear and tear of wrist watches may not necessarily qualify a returned watch for warranty coverage. We will be responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for watch replacement. If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by us. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping. If the package appears to be damaged, first notify the shipper. All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 48 hours of package delivery. Please do not ship back unauthorized returns. New watches, that have not been worn and still in the box exactly as received, can be returned for a refund up to 30 days from the date of package delivery.The return must include the warranty, instruction manual and gift box with cardboard insert it was shipped in. Pack the watch and all contents well. Do not ship without an outer box. Used or altered watches will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. The purchaser will be responsible for return shipping charges. We urge you to to use a trackable shipping method (one with Delivery Confirmation). We aren't responsible for packages lost during return shipping if Delivery Confirmation is not used. The original credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the watch after the watch is received or a check made payable to the original purchaser for the amount of the refund.
